3. Processing

Orders handled within 1–3 business days after payment.
No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking

Tracking number and carrier information are sent by email once the order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries

Incorrect or incomplete addresses resulting in returns require reshipping fees.
